How can I make sure my Travel Reservation Request has been received correctly?

Once you have completed the reservation steps, we will show you a brief summary of your request with a reference number.

If you don't see this information on screen, check your e-mail, as we will send you a message with the same information.

If you do not receive the e-mail either, you can contact us by phone

In order to be able to give answer to urgent queries and not to clutter our lines, we highly recommend you not to call us for queries related to bookings for June 9 and after, and use the email provided in the "My Account" section. We do beg your apologies.
